Start 2013 with speaking up for park space in Hell’s Kitchen

[ January 2, 2013; 6:30 pm to 7:32 pm. ] Imagine the possibility! the three eastern lanes of  Dyer Avenue (between 34th and 35th ) could be closed to traffic and used to create a park.
