On March 1st, 2008 the Port Authority raised the price of all Hudson River crossings from $ 5 at peak hour to $ 8 for cars and $21 for trucks. This represents a 40% increase and we welcome this news. The money is intended to fund the new express bus lane and the bus garage which will take all New Jersey transit buses off our streets.
