Victory for Disabled – L train’s 6th Avenue station to become ADA compliant

As the result of a lawsuit filed by the 14th Street Coalition and disabled groups, the MTA committed to install elevators at the 14th Street and 6th Avenue Station, while the repairs to the Canarsie Tunnel are underway.

These stations will probably be closed during the work.

Port Authority Bus Terminal – Update

Progress Report

The Department of Transportation tells us they are studying  the following dangerous areas we had been flagging for years:
60th Street and 9th Avenue
57th Street and 8th Avenue
42nd Street and 8th Avenue
DOT is also working on a summer/ fall 2018 schedule to actually convert 11th Avenue to one way , with bike lane and bus platforms [...]

Stop the MTA from reducing service on the M104

[ March 19, 2018; 10:30 am to 11:30 am. ] The MTA and NYC Transit has proposed bus service cuts to the M104 line. Assemblymember Rosenthal wrote a letter to NYC Transit President Andrew Byford requesting the cuts be halted.

Join Us: L Train Shutdown Mitigation Measures

“Fix New York City” plan is more than Congestion Pricing!
