HKNA continues its marvelous job of improving our air quality: 48 trees will be planted this spring. This is in addition to the 70 trees planted in the spring of 2008 and the 20 trees planted in the fall of 2008. This is a total of 138 out of the 350 requested. According to the park departement, many locations were not suitable for planting. If you would like a tree planted, call 311 and request it directly. All new buildings must plant trees in front of their property.
