In 2018 Manahattan Community Board 4 and 5 commissioned a study of current practices on the North East Corridor. With the start of the bus terminal replacement project, It seemed advisable to understand what other cities were doing and what was working.
The study examines the tools used to coral the intercity buses and the specific treatments applied by Atlantic city and Boston to control these buses.
