June 2006- CB4 sent a resolution asking New York City DOT to reopen its Truck Study to include recommendations on 9th Avenue and Lincoln Tunnel entrances and preserve the special Chelsea district zone .
Too much of the study relies on signage and on understaffed precincts for enforcement.
