In june , DOT held the 5th Project Advisory Committee meeting . You can browse the presentation here. The DOT is making good progress in the analysis of solutions, using the simulation system they have developed for the project.
As we know, the network is complex and a lot of assumptions have to go in for each scenario. While a few scenarios are still to be analyzed (see the PAC committee comments here) we hope all solutions will be addressed at the Public Meeting coming soon.
