Chekpeds invites you and your friends, family and colleagues for an afternoon to celebrate DOT’s newly-expanded 9th Avenue SUPER SIDEWALK. Join us and our elected officials to enjoy a marching band, stilt walker and the wonderfully spirited and creative Kuki Tape Artist as well as children activities and festivities from 51st to 57th Streets (with the bulk of activity happening between 54th and 57th) starting at noon on Saturday, June 15th.
