On June 12, and 18 at 6:30 p.m. two committees of Manhattan Community Board 4 will hear from the Port Authority as part of New York City’s ULURP process. (Uniform Land Use Review Procedure). This process gives the public an opportunity to opine on zoning and special permits actions that shape our neighborhoods.
Then based on the public input at those meetings , the Community Board will write a letter to Elected officials on July 25, to give its comments and recommendations on the project.
