On Wednesday, September 11 2024, the Port Authority appeared in front of the City Planning Commission as part of its ULURP process. The team presented their plans to replace the current Bus Terminal, including many architectural renderings.(none of the designs are final). You can see the Video Here
Member of Manhattan Community Board 4 were on hand to amplify the requests for mitigation they had already included in a July letter to DCP.
The construction is expected to start at the very end of 2024.
