Less Traffic Better Streets
2022 was so good for pedestrians and cyclists in Hell’s Kitchen and Chelsea that we do not want it to end! Our wishes is that it continues in 2023 , and it will! Thank you to DOT and Sanitation for giving us safer and more livable streets.
Top three: expanded sidewalks and safer bike lanes on 25 blocks of 8th Avenue and 10 blocks of 9th Avenue. On W45th street, sidewalks cleared of garbage and rats.
