50 diehard citizens braved the icy cold to convene again and participate in the workshop to redesign 9th Avenue . Seven locations had been chosen because they were either problematic or typical of the avenue. PPS (Project for Public Space), familiarized the groups on how to perform a place audit and they were off, each group with questionnaires and open minds. On their return, they presented their findings in words and their designs in drawings. Watch the video.
