Hell’s Kitchen and Chelsea DOT Traffic and Pedestrian safety study enters the final phase of data collection: Reserve your spot on one of the three itineraries
The DOT has finalized the itineraries with community input. See Below the three maps. Each tour will last approximately 2.5 hours. If it is as cold as it is at the time of this writing, make sure to wear plenty of warm layers. Members who wish to do so ,can join a tour at any point.
