We are pleased to report that Community Board 4 sent a letter to each business that is using illegal Storm enclosures, reminding them of the law and asking them to remove the illegal installation. Approximately 35 businesses received the letter in Hell’s Kitchen.
If all else fails, the department of Building will survey the businesses, and will issue warnings and summonses.
