NYC Departement of Transporation has a new tool for you: a Neighborhood Loading Zone. This is a 2 to 3 cars length of curb lane that is marked with a ” no Parking” regulation. This regulation allows deliveries and pick up and drop offs to take place without getting a ticket. Delivery personnel love it , and residents as well as they can be closer to the curb and not block traffic in the streets. Less honking, less tickets… It is all up to you.
